You are in full control of your coverage data retention on Avail. You can individually delete any of your uploaded source files, asked questions & answers, or full coverage reports.

1. Click on the vertical ellipses to open the Main Menu.

1. Click “Settings”.

1. Once you’ve accessed the “Settings”page, click “Data Retention” and you will be brought to your account’s Data Retention Settings.

Here you will be able to set:

• After how many days would you like source files to be automatically deleted
• After how many days would you like CoverageQuestions & Answers to be deleted
• After how many days would you like CoverageReports to be deleted

Once you’ve chosen the desired timeframe for your materials to be automatically deleted make sure to press “Save” at the bottom of the page.
